Often times people are ashamed of their career journey especially of where they may have started & the zig zags and ups & downs. As a career pivoter several times including during the 2008 recession, Renee Reid, Senior Manager of UX Design Research at LinkedIn, encourages, inspires and teaches people how to cultivate a growth mindset to understand their journey ( the zig & zags) is as important as their destinations.
