My name is Spencer Leuning. I'm the manager of public relations for U.S. Bank's finance division. I do external and internal communications and consult our CFO directly, so, for instance, that would mean public relations for U.S. Bank's finance division. That includes some investor-related communications. It also includes communications regarding our employees in the finance division as well. One of the big communications plans I'm working on right now is the relocation of a corporate building, so let's say that our lease expired on one of our buildings, and we needed to move our employees from one building to the next building. The business line comes to my team, and what we do, we help them get from point A to point B and make sure we both strategize that announcement and also communicate it effectively and transparently to our employees. The biggest thing is just making sure our employees understand what's going on so they're fully aware and can eventually take the action necessary that they need to take. So that's one example. Another example, for instance, let's say we were having an employee event and we wanted employees to attend. Again, the business line would come to our team and we would help them understand what they need to do to effectively communicate to that audience. From an external standpoint, or more commonly referred to as public relations, a lot of it's dealing with news media, so that would be a traditional news release, but we also have a new external blog which you can find at usbank.com/newsroom, which is really great. It gives us full control over that message as well. So between external and internal, we create a nice little plan that, again, starts with the objectives, and then we present to the business line. Once we get their feedback, integrate their feedback, we switch from planning and into execution. Execution is obviously one of the most important parts of this. If you have a good plan, that's one thing, but then you have to create really good communication, so that's when you pull in the writers, you pull in the designers, you pull in the videographers, all to create a good set of communications that ultimately communicates transparently and effectively to our employee and our external stakeholder groups.
