Disabled and neurodiverse people have not really been a part of DE(A)I until very recently. In this session, writer, journalist and advocate Leanna Lee will examine potential DEAI challenges from a disabled perspective and share strategies for creating accessible programming. Lee will also offer actionable tips for navigating decision making as a disabled professional and how to balance “nothing about us, without us” with individual needs. This conversation will be moderated by PowerToFly’s Meg Alexander.
