Caitlyn is an Associate Marketing Manager with PPG Industries, a global supplied of paints and specialty materials. Based out of Toledo, Ohio, Caitlyn is responsibly for maintaining and growing the company’s relationship with retail giant Home Depot, ensuring PPG products are easily located by customers in every retail location.

So my name is Caitlin Stewart and I am currently an associate marketing manager for PPG Industries, which is a global paint company. So I am an associate marketing manager. So I market our PPG Pro Paint brand which lives in Home Depot actually. So I work very closely with the Home Depot corporate office and making sure that we have the right paint to provide to our clients that come into Home Depot. I work with our independent stores around the country to make sure that our professionals are getting what they need to make sure that they get any job done in anyone's home. I make sure that PPG looks good to customers. I make sure that, you know, when they walk into a store our paint stands out compared to our competitor's paints. I make sure that that customer sees how we can help them and how our paint is gonna get the job done much more efficiently than some of our competitor brands. So some of my bigger responsibilities is handling our social. So I work with our community manager to schedule social posts whether that be on Facebook, on Instagram, or Twitter. I handle all of the copy for those social posts. So I write that and I get it approved so that way our pro audience can see what we offer on social media if they are scrolling or just want to look and see what's happening for the day. Some of the other big responsibilities I have is to make sure that we have email blasts sent out to our customers so they get weekly updates on our advertisements some of the promotions and sales that we're running just to keep them in the loop on those. So a recent project that I've worked on is analyzing and auditing all of our in-store marketing materials and Home Depot, and that was a really fun project because I got to look at everything from the signage we hang up and what we put at the paint desk. So when you walk into Home Depot and you see all of the advertisements I got to look at all of that and say, Hey, is this actually effective to our painters? Are painters looking at this and saying, Hey I wanna buy their paint because it looks like it's the best paint. So I got to go into the store and audit that. I've been working with Home Depots all over the country which has been really really fun because every store is different. So that's been a big task that I've been working on recently.
