As a senior design leader, I am focused on design maturity, team health, systems thinking, and digital transformation. Currently heading experience strategy and design at Evelyn & Bobbie. Most recently: Abercrombie & Fitch, Life Fitness, Grainger, and School of the Art Institute. I love the flexibility of design to make the complex tangible, help people feel confident in their decisions, and communicate ideas. In my free time, I love gaming, studying neurodivergence, and nerding out on behavioral economics podcasts.
