Position Overview
We’re seeking dependable, caring, and proactive Nannies / Babysitters to join our growing South Bend network. Whether you’re a student nurse, future teacher, child psychologist, or simply someone who loves kids, this is a chance to make a real impact while earning steady income.
Flexible scheduling: choose from 5, 10, 20, or 30+ hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, engaging care for children ranging from infants to pre-teens

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with children and helping families
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Prior childcare experience (formal or informal) preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and reference screening
