Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated part-time Technology Coordinator to assist us with various technology-specific tasks, including research, usability, content development, and website updates. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience managing technology and website-related deliverables and assets while analyzing data and trends using web analytics tools.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 10-19 hours per week; availability required during regular hours of 8 AM to 5 PM (PST).
- Work Agreement: Fully remote position, 1 year part-time.
Core Duties
- Perform basic administrative functions such as data entry, maintaining records, organizing files, and coordinating assets/materials.
- Utilize Asana (project management platform) to manage ongoing CME projects.
- Assist with regular updates to our website on AEM and other content management platforms, including content uploads and formatting.
- Analyze Google Analytics data to provide insights on content performance and user engagement.
- Assist with YouTube channel updates and management.
- Support technology and online content-related deliverables and assets.
- Research available tools to support the development of educational content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Identify usability issues, make suggestions for improvements, and test new technology and/or website features or updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Stanford CME staff.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a deadline-driven focus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired)
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Knowledge of scripting languages and APIs.
- Basic knowledge of YouTube and video content management.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Prior experience with project management tools (Asana), Canva, Formstack, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite.
This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures, and the compensation for this position will be based on the successful candidate’s location.
The expected pay range for this position is $22.19 – $24.19 per hour.
