**Job Summary:**
We are a fully remote residential solar company seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to leads through our dialing software (leads and dialer provided), qualifying prospects, and setting up virtual solar consultations with homeowners to be performed by our senior solar specialists. This is a commission only position.
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
– Identify customer needs and qualify customers for appropriate products/services
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
– Utilize software tools for sales tracking and pipeline management
**Requirements:**
– USA / Canada Only
– Motivated, self starter – this is remote, no one is sitting on your shoulder to make you work.
– Solid Internet Connection – it’s a remote job!
– Experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Familiarity with outbound calling techniques

Pay: $93,742.34 – $152,894.01 per year
