Mountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Claims Field Representative to assist with investigating, analyzing, and determining extent of liability for personal, casualty or property loss or damages. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The Claims Field Representative learns how to effectively communicate with insureds, claimants, and other parties to investigate and resolve claims. This full-time position is located onsite (not a remote position) at our office in Grand Junction, CO and typically works 40 hours per week. You can expect a competitive starting wage of $4,058 – $4,802 per month, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BILINGUAL CLAIMS FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
In this full-time position, you will operate in a variety of locations including office settings as well as claimants’ sites. This role requires extended periods of walking, sitting, bending, and climbing and carrying ladders. Additionally, performing this job requires extensive work with computers, mobile devices, and other productivity tools. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by a Bilingual Claims Field Representative:
- High school degree or GED.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to pass a state adjuster’s licensing exam.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to claim sites as required.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
