This internship provides exposure to real-world engineering challenges across design, analysis, testing, and project execution. The intern will collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects, contribute innovative ideas, and gain practical skills in a professional environment. Responsibilities:
- To work with safety as a top priority in order to minimize accidents and incidents.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Common knowledge of electronic and computer skills.
- Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Willingness to learn and share assignments.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively deal with deadlines and changing priorities. Assistance with the organization and archiving of equipment quality data files.
- Audit and assessment of legacy quality data files, and reassembly to meet updated standards
- Assistance with minor 3D modelling and drafting projects
- Audit of physical equipment to archived drawings and documentation.
- Other assistance as opportunities arise that rely on technical knowledge gained from the engineering curriculum
OE/Lean
- Understands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
- Attend all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.
