Job Summary
Information Technology (IT) intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The IT Intern will provide technical assistance and support to MTI’s network, hardware, and software issues. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Computer and Network hardware management. This includes installation of equipment, diagnosing problems with hardware components.
- Computer and Network operating systems management. This includes installation and configuration of computer and network operating on the hardware.
- Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
- Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

- Understands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
