MH Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to join our sales team in Omaha. In this role, you will support business travel accounts, group room blocks, and help drive revenue across our multi-property hotel portfolio. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, securing group and corporate business, and driving room revenue through proactive sales efforts.
What you’ll do
- Develop, manage, and grow business travel accounts (corporate negotiated, government, airline, project, and extended-stay)
- Secure and support group business including sports teams, corporate travel, project crews, and family stays
- Prospect for new business through outside sales, networking, calls, and site visits
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and sustained revenue
- Assist with sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue goals
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and finalize agreements within company guidelines
- Track leads, production, and performance metrics
- Participate in sales and revenue meetings
- Represent hotel properties at community, business, and networking events
What we’re looking for
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Hospitality sales experience strongly preferred

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Working Conditions
- Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Significant time spent traveling for outside sales, networking, and conventions
- Frequent communication with guests, clients, and hotel staff
- Physical movement throughout the property for tours and meetings

- Salary: $36,000 Base + Commission
