Position Overview
The Marketing Associate Intern supports Learn From Travel’s online presence through content creation, social media scheduling, and trend research. Ideal for an early-career professional, or marketing student, this role helps raise brand awareness and promote our programs to faculty and universities through consistent, high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assist with creating blog posts, newsletters, and visual content
- Research digital trends in higher education and study abroad marketing
- Help monitor web and social traffic and collect engagement data for reporting
- Capture, document, and organize program-related photos and videos for marketing use
- Coordinate Learn from Travel student alumni as ambassadors on university campuses
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional GPA (3.75 or higher)
- Demonstrated, strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Basic graphic design for social media use or Canva experience preferred
- Interest in education abroad, nonprofit marketing, or travel
- Comfortable learning new tech tools (Later, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Creative, curious, and eager to grow as part of a collaborative team
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
