Position Summary
The Field Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying prospects, meeting face-to-face with local business owners, presenting Keystone’s marketing solutions, and helping clients improve their brand presence. This is a mix of outside sales, on-the-ground marketing, and community relationship-building.
This role is perfect for someone who’s confident, coachable, competitive, and thrives on autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, approach, and engage local business owners within your assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Identify client needs and recommend the right Keystone marketing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage a pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, offers, and outreach strategy
- Distribute marketing materials, run local promotions, and represent the brand at community events
- Provide weekly reporting on activity, leads, and revenue goals
- Uphold Keystone’s professional, clean, trustworthy brand standard
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with door-to-door and in-person outreach
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right person
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to learn marketing concepts quickly (branding, digital presence, lead gen, etc.)
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation
We offer a competitve comission structure. Most sales representatives can expect to earn $50,000 to $100,000 in their first year.
