K2N Advisors & CPAs is looking for accounting professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for Junior and Senior positions. Prior experience with taxation and public accounting preferred but not required. This staff member would be able to obtain valuable first-hand understanding and appreciation of the CPA Firm experience working side by side with professionals immersed in our high-tech internal systems and processes during our busy tax season and throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A strong interest in client service, taxation and accounting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated independent learner able to work as a part of a team
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and setup of business and individual tax returns
- Data entry of chart of accounts, grouping schedules, and trial balance information into professional accounting software
- Proactively partner with client leadership to develop and deliver strategic tax and business recommendations
- Opportunities to also assist in the preparation of financial statements for Reviews and Compilations
