Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated intern to work directly with our founder in the fields of leadership development and career coaching. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from a healthcare executive while developing practical skills in coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
– Shadow and assist the founder in coaching sessions to understand best practices in leadership and career development
– Research and analyze current trends in coaching methodologies and leadership development
– Help develop and refine coaching materials and resources
– Support the assessment and documentation of client progress
– Contribute to the development of coaching frameworks and tools
– Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops and coaching sessions
– Participate in client intake and follow-up processes
