Note: Certification of Talent Acquisition is preferred for the role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; and
- Two (2) years of experience driving and implementing recruitment programs, plans, and initiatives, working with the latest technology, tools, and market data for recruiting and hiring talent in a health care or related setting; or
- A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and/or experience. However, all candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
