About Mr. Menu
Mr. Menu is a global AI-powered restaurant growth platform serving 700+ restaurants across the US, Japan, Spain, and France.
Our Innovation: We’re disrupting the $20B restaurant tech market with a unique Revenue-as-a-Service model – restaurants only pay us commission (1.8-3%) on the incremental revenue our AI generates. No upfront costs, completely performance-based.
We’re now expanding to university campuses, and we need entrepreneurial students to lead the charge.
💰 Compensation Package
Base Pay: $18-22/hour (based on experience and skills)
Performance Bonuses:
- Monthly milestone bonuses: Up to $500
- Merchant partnership commissions
- Revenue-based incentives
Total Earning Potential: $2,000-4000/month working 10-20 hours/week

🎯 Who Can Apply
Required:
- Currently enrolled full-time student at target universities (TCNJ, UAlbany, Rutgers, Princeton area schools)
- Authorized to work in the US
- Available 10-20 hours per week
- Can start immediately or January 2025

- We will provide all necessary documentation for your school’s DSO/International Student Office
- Can be structured to align with majors in: Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Communications, and related fields
What You’ll Do
Build Merchant Partnerships (50%)
- Onboard 20-30 campus restaurants, cafes, and food vendors onto Mr. Menu
- Present our AI platform and demonstrate ROI
- Build relationships with local business owners
- Track partnership pipeline and metrics
Drive Campus Adoption (30%)
- Design and execute student marketing campaigns
- Leverage social media, events, and campus networks
- Create engaging content about local dining
- Drive app downloads and active usage
Analyze & Optimize (20%)
- Track KPIs: sign-ups, engagement, revenue impact
- Collect feedback from merchants and students
- Report weekly progress and insights
- Use data to refine strategy
Bonus Opportunities:

Time Commitment:
