Fidelity Capital is seeking a team of account executives to hire for the Spring hiring class here in Irvine, CA. The position will include comprehensive training and on-boarding with Fidelity’s CRM’s, back-end software, and sales training.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for B2B sales and securing lease and/or finance transactions for companies of all sizes. You will also be responsible for managing key account relationships with C-level executives and procurement teams. Account Executives will be working with high growth companies in sectors such as Technology, Manufacturing, Biotech/Nutra-Biosciences, commercial construction, and aerospace verticals.
The qualified candidate must be a self-starter, disciplined in self-managing goals, social and comfortable building rapport over the phone, and have multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer focus are required. BA/BS degree or equivalent. MS Excel/Outlook proficiency is preferred but not required.
