You will work closely with the founders across marketing, content, and operations, gaining hands-on exposure to e-commerce growth, brand strategy, and product launches. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how modern CPG brands scale in real time.

Marketing & Content Internship
This role is ideal for creative, entrepreneurial individuals who are excited about health and social media storytelling. You will be instrumental in shaping the brand’s voice and will work with content creators to produce content for TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads. Interns will develop skills in content strategy, brand positioning, and data-driven marketing while working directly with the founders.
Responsibilities
• Develop outreach strategies to connect with content creators and drive viral growth.
• Identify, recruit, and manage commission-based creators who promote Ezora Health across social platforms.
• Coordinate with creators to ensure they produce high-quality content and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.
• Test and refine creative concepts, hooks, and messaging across different audiences and formats.
• Review performance analytics to identify what content trends, formats, and messages work best.
• Assist with basic e-commerce tasks on Shopify and support operational workflows.
Learning Goals
• Develop a strong understanding of modern social media growth strategies.
• Understand the fundamentals of DTC marketing, paid ads, and influencer campaigns.
• Learn how consumer brands launch products and build communities.

• Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
