Description
Diversatek has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Support Representative at our GI medical device and diagnostic division, Diversatek Healthcare, located in Milwaukee, WI. The Customer Support Department is part of a dedicated team providing exemplary support to Diversatek Healthcare customers, which includes hospitals and Surgery Centers nationwide. This position collaborates with the Sales and Service teams to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing knowledgeable answers to inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
- Collaborate with the Sales, Order Fulfillment, Accounting and Tech Service Teams to meet the customers’ needs
- Update records in the ERP and CRM, as requested by the account managers
- Resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshoot for customers to help them resolve product or transaction issues and/or connect them with the best person to assist
- Fulfill marketing and sample requests for the field sales team
- Assist customers with navigating our company’s website
- Complete other administrative duties, as needed
- 20-30 Hours per week required. Flexible in-person schedule between 8am – 5pm M-F.

Qualifications
- 2+ Years of college-education. Current college students welcome to apply!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn products, procedures, and sales processes

- Ability to work effectively with others within your department and in collaboration with other departments
