Work closely with the owners to manage employees. Responsibilities will be using the Squareup Ap to set work schedules, organize payroll and sales reports for our Accounting Service, monitor and purchase inventory, employee reviews, help with season opening and closing, sanitizing ice cream equipment and working the floor with employees. A pleasant personality, ability to work with spreadsheets, ability to work with online Ap’s and restaurant experience is preferred, however, owners will train in all aspects of business.
