Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and systems-oriented Kitchen Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about food safety, operational excellence, and building great teams. You’ll work directly with the Owner/Operator and oversee a fast-paced kitchen focused on producing hot, fresh, and craveable safe food in a clean environment. This role requires strong decision-making, the ability to create systems that support growth, and the leadership skills to bring clarity and calm in high-pressure situations. You’ll have the authority and autonomy to own the kitchen while being backed by an Owner/Operator that is transparent, supportive, and invested in your long-term success.
Your Impact
- Oversee all daily operations in the Back of House and lead a team of 20+ team members
- Maintain and champion food safety procedures
- Collaborate with the Owner/Operator and fellow Directors to set and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
- Build a high-performance team through coaching, goal setting, and accountability
- Lead with a proactive and self-directed approach and lead others to do the same
- Promote a culture of care, safety, and excellence every day in the kitchen
Background Profile
- 3-5 years of previous high-level, restaurant or kitchen leadership experience
- College degree (highly preferred)
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience (highly preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Hospitality experience
- Desire to lead yourself and others
