We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Intern.

Strategy & Growth Initiatives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new service offerings.
• Present your own mini‑project proposal to the leadership team, from concept to execution plan.
Job responsibilities:
1. Shadow a team to observe how products and services are presented, promoted, and sold using effective communication and sales techniques.
2. Observe and assist a team conducting cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential customers to understand how tailored solutions are developed.
3. Support the team in learning how positive business and customer relationships are established, developed, and maintained over time.
4. Shadow and support outreach activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media interactions to understand customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements
• Enrollment: Current university student with a mandatory internship requirement for credit.
• Field of Study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related.
• Communication: Clear, professional writing and confident verbal skills.
• Mindset: Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn from both successes and setbacks.
• Passion: Interest in startups, eCommerce, and innovative marketing strategies.
• Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with LinkedIn & Instagram.
