Management position with Functional authority for planning, directing, organizing and integrating all activities relating to key measurables and profitability performance.
Essential Functions
Manage plant activities according to policies and procedures.
Evaluate and promote improved plant operations.
Represent the needs of the customer to Team Members.
Enhance profitability operations of the plant.
Incident Team Leader for the plant.
Additional Responsibilities
Confer with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved plant operations.
Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines and associates to meet established goals and assure plant goals are communicated throughout the organization.
Review and enhance the level of production costs, product quality, and inventory control to enhance profitable operations of the plant.
Evaluate budgets to sales targets and implement corrective course of action for significant deviations.
Read, interpret, and apply logic to carry out instructions provided in written, oral or diagram form.
Participate in internal problem solving/improvement activities.
Other duties and assigned by management.
Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience in management.
Proficient use of personal computer and computer operation within a network environment.
Effective communicator with customers and all levels of associates.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under extreme deadline pressure.

Able to support overtime during week or weekends.
