Inclusion and Accommodations Counselors will support campers in finding success and personal growth by implementing behavioral strategies, accommodations, and interventions that foster an inclusive environment. They guide and assist staff in working with neurodiverse campers while also engaging in daily cabin life to promote friendship, curiosity, and support. Applicants should be pursuing or hold a degree in Special Education or a related field and have significant experience working with both typically developing and neurodiverse children.
