Job Description:
- Define and track KPIs to assess logistics efficiency and overall performance.
- Provide insights based on KPIs and suggest actions for improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend ways to improve logistics operations.
- Work with internal team, including warehouses, last miles, sales, management, IT, procurement, HR teams to implement changes that optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Work with various departments to ensure data integration and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Solve problems by analyzing data and suggesting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualification:
- Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Business Analysis or a related field. Lean Production Management or Project Management experience is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse settings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and execution skills, strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of logistics operations, route optimization, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Skilled in professional training, warehouse tools, and software operations (e.g., WMS, Excel).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Honest, reliable, disciplined, with high integrity and a strong sense of responsibility; aligns with Alibaba core values.
