Child Care Teacher – Bright Horizons at SIA
Our competitive Child Care Teacher salaries range from $16.00 to $19.55 per hour. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Educational Requirements:
Enrolled in a CDA program at a minimum or working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
*Per State of Indiana applicant must be at least 21 years of age
Full-time position s now available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

As a Child Care Teacher, you will:
Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.
Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
At least 21 years of age
Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
Compensation Range: $16.00/hr to $19.55/hr
