Our multinational client is looking for a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Architect to lead Sales & Marketing technology architecture and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This role will focus on enterprise roadmaps, architecture development, and system integrations to optimize our Customer 360 strategy.
You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and key stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives, leveraging platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and Gong.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enterprise architecture roadmaps for Sales & Marketing systems. Lead the design and integration of platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and Gong to enable a seamless Customer 360 strategy. Drive data architecture and ETL processes to unify customer data across multiple platforms.
Optimize CRM and marketing automation by ensuring efficient workflows, integrations, and Al-powered enhancements. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align architecture with business growth. Implement Al and automation solutions, including Einstein GPT and OpenAl, to enhance customer insights and sales performance. Lead M&A technology integrations, ensuring smooth adoption of sales and marketing technologies.
Essential Experience Required:
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect specializing in Sales & Marketing technology. Strong expertise in Salesforce, and CPQ, with a focus on Customer 360 architecture. Experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and Al-powered sales tools. Proficiency in TOGAF, business architecture frameworks, and integration best practices.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement experience in cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
Extensive knowledge of Sales & Marketing tools, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar platforms, is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
