• We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Layton team.

• Job Qualifications:
  • We are looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist at our Layton Clinic. This PT must meet the following qualifications:
    • Have a Doctorate / DPT degree
    • Have several years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
    • Be experienced in manual hands-on therapy techniques
    • Be licensed in Utah
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent patient care.
  • Work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Thurs mornings off, and off early every other Friday). Expected to stay late at least 1 day per week (till 6:30).
  • Spend 15-20 minutes with each patient doing manual therapy each visit.
  • See a full patient case load.
  • Get documentation done daily (we have an AI software that makes this entirely possible).
  • Attend monthly staff meetings, quarterly team building activities, quarterly clinical continuing education trainings.
  • Evaluate patients, manage their progression, and work with aides and other staff to oversee their plan of care.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manual therapy skills
  • Professional (in dress, appearance, communication, interactions)
  • Provide outstanding patient care / customer service
  • Customer service, patient care, good communication, conflict resolution, collecting co-pays, explaining insurances, multi-tasking, answering phone calls, operating EMR systems/software’s, team player, scheduling patients, etc.
