Job Description
We are looking for a pleasant and professional administrative position for our Littleton, Colorado office. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined to handle the flow of inbound calls from agents and clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer and software. Proficiency with navigating through multiple systems.
- Exude a positive attitude with the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- High level of confidentiality and secures client information.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Excellent organization, typing, attention to detail, and independence.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED.
