DESCRIPTION:Link to apply hereThe Bloomberg NextGen Leadership Summit is a multi-day, immersive leadership and career-readiness experience taking place October 26-27 at Bloomberg’s San Francisco office. Within the Analytics & Sales track, students will explore how Bloomberg supports financial professionals through data, analytics, news, technology, and client service while building skills that support future internship and full-time opportunities, with a particular focus on roles based in Bloomberg’s San Francisco office.  The Analytics & Sales track will focus on:  
Building leadership, communication, customer service, analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and professional readiness skills through client-focused programming.  
Providing students with networking opportunities across Analytics, Sales, User Support, recruiters, leaders, and early-career professionals.  
Offering exposure to Bloomberg’s culture, products, Terminal functionality, financial markets, and career paths across Analytics, Sales, customer support, data, enterprise solutions, and client-facing teams, including opportunities connected to our San Francisco office.  
Helping students understand how Analytics & Sales professionals combine product knowledge, market curiosity, relationship-building, and service excellence to solve client problems and grow Bloomberg’s business.   
Eligibility:  
Currently enrolled in a university with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.  

Legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.  
Bloomberg will cover flights, hotel accommodations, and meals for selected participants.  Students interested in Analytics & Sales should bring:  
Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the financial services industry.  
Strong customer service mindset and desire to build a client-facing career.  
Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  
Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and stay curious about market-moving stories and client needs.
