DESCRIPTION:The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is Merck’s flagship global manufacturing graduate program. It is a three-year program with three one-year rotations across the manufacturing division, giving participants hands-on experience with high-priority projects and the core work of manufacturing and supplying Merck products.Alongside the rotations, a structured learning and development plan helps build professional and leadership skills.
