We’re excited to host a 60‑minute external overview for candidates interested in Vanguard’s Investment Management Development Program (IMDP) and College to Corporate – Investment Management (C2C IM) programs for 2027. During this session, program managers will provide an overview of each program’s structure, development experience, and recruiting timeline, followed by perspectives from a current participant in the program. We’ll close with open Q&A to ensure you leave with a clear understanding of the programs and what we look for in candidates. This session is intended to be informational and exploratory, and we encourage anyone considering applying to join.
