Gain experience across a wide range of cancers—including leukemia, lymphoma, gynecologic cancers, & hematologic disorders—as well as radiation therapy and end-of-life care.2 East Neuro: 21-bed med-surg/telemetry stroke unit known for strong teamwork & a patient-focused culture. Nurses deliver specialized neuro care while advancing their skills, including NIHSS certification3 West Ortho/Trauma: 24-bed inpatient unit specializing in orthopedic and trauma care, including joint, spine, fracture, ortho/trauma programs, & select med-surg patients. Supported by a nurse educator, orthopedic navigator, respiratory therapy, PT/OT, care partners, and leadership, the unit promotes collaboration, shared governance, and clinical excellence through active nurse-led councils.4 East: 19-bed med-surg unit with a strong, team-driven culture, specializing in post-op care for general, robotic (DaVinci), urology, gynecology, vascular, & trauma patients, plus complex conditions like GI disorders, kidney disease, sepsis, and respiratory illnesses. 3 East Intermediate Care Unit: cares for patients with sepsis, hemorrhage, stroke, cardiac conditions, trauma, post-op needs, substance withdrawal, & DKA. Supported by a nurse educator, team coordinator, & manager, the unit offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment.2 West: 34-bed medicine unit with a cardiac focus, caring for CHF, angina, STEMI/NSTEMI, arrhythmias, & post-procedure patients (catheterizations, pacemakers, ablations). Nurses & techs collaborate closely with hospitalists and cardiologists in a positive, team-oriented environment.
