This engineering scholarship program aims to bridge the knowledge gap between K-12 education and university success, establishing a strong foundation throughout college. This program provides transferable skills development, experiential learning, an introduction to the energy industry and a mentoring offer.  Here you will receive essential tools needed to transition to university and beyond. Application timeline and process1. Complete your application by 29 May 2026.2. Upon application completion, candidates will be sent a link via email to complete a HireVue on-demand interview.3. Selected applicants will be notified by 12 June 2026.4. Scholars are required to confirm their participation and acceptance of the award by 17 June 2026.5. Confirmed 2026 Bridge Scholars will join a virtual orientation session 09 July 2026.6. Scholars must attend the in-person Bridge Program July 28 – July 31, 2026 in Houston, TX.7. Students are awarded a $5,000 scholarship post in-person program participation.8. Following the in-person program, scholars begin monthly professional development and mentorship calls (September 2026-May 2027).
