We are a small office conveniently located in Rahway, NJ seeking in-person an Office admin for clerical and office support tasks.
Office Responsibilities will include:
- Front desk coverage including greeting clients and visitors
- Answering phone, directing calls, Appointment scheduling
- Data entry into tax software and Quickbooks
- Other client data and document scanning
- Other administrative duties as needed
The ideal Receptionist will possess the following skills:
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good phone manners, capable of multi-tasking
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work Flexible hours including weekends in fast paced environment
- Must have green card or US citizenship
