That’s why we’re looking for a sharp, responsible, and safety-minded Pest Management Technician to join our team.
Your Role: Protecting Landscapes, Promoting Health
Key responsibilities include:
- Mixing and applying chemical solutions for weeds, pests, insects, and plant diseases
- Inspecting areas and identifying correct treatment methods and materials
- Researching pesticide outcomes and maintaining detailed usage records
- Training maintenance staff in safe application practices
- Submitting scheduled reports to state and federal agencies
- Operating and maintaining spray equipment and company vehicles safely
- Ensuring compliance with all company and government safety regulations
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Working knowledge of pesticides, herbicides, and integrated pest management
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work independently and self-manage daily tasks
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, digital)
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Familiarity with Cal Trans watch manual and road safety practices
