Your Role: Lead with Precision, Grow with Purpose
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed irrigation system evaluations and offering expert recommendations
- Installing new irrigation systems from start to finish
- Diagnosing and repairing system issues, including valves, controllers, and wiring
- Managing controller programming, wire tracking, and valve identification
- Producing and updating irrigation charts for clients and internal records
- Writing reports and communicating clearly with supervisors and operations managers
- Leading, training, and supporting a skilled crew on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in landscape irrigation installation and repair
- Strong knowledge of controllers, valves, and water-efficient systems
- Ability to read plans and troubleshoot technical system issues
- Leadership experience or the ability to lead a crew on-site
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
