Job Title: Material Coordinator
Location: Waterloo, IA 50704
Job Duration : 3 Years (Possible extension)
Job Type: Contract
Shift : 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Workdays: Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays
Overtime: 2 hours per shift
Part time on feet and part time at desk
Pay Rate: Hourly (W2 – SGS Payroll)
The final pay rate will be determined based on factors such as your relevant skills, education, experience, and the benefits package you select.

What you’ll do:
– Coordinate material flow to the production line
– Trigger Kanbans and manage inventory movement
– Use SAP and other systems to ensure material accuracy
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain)
– Conduct real-time part counts and address material shortages
– Support process improvement and change management initiative
What we’re looking for:
Must-Haves:
– SAP experience (preferred)
– GED required
– Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
– Great attention to detail and ability to work on the production floor
– Strong team player in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Nice-to-Haves:
– Inventory management experience
– Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
– Experience performing audits or implementing process improvements
