Salary: $70,000–$85,000 DOE + licensure supervision available

What You’ll Do
As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you’ll provide trauma-informed therapy and crisis support to patients with a range of needs—from SPMI to chronic pain, substance use, and domestic violence. You’ll also help patients build skills for long-term wellness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver individual, couples, family, or group therapy using CBT, ACT, DBT, and other evidence-based models
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Respond to crises and coordinate with hospitals or community partners (DHS, SPOKES, KBBH)
- Collaborate with medical providers to co-manage care
- Document in EMR and contribute to care team updates
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred—supervision available
- CADC (1, 2, or 3) a plus
- Multicultural awareness and Spanish fluency preferred
- Strong communicator and team player in fast-paced settings
- Experience with EMR and DSM-5 diagnostics
