We are excited to bring on a Consumer Insights Intern to join our corporate team!
What you’ll be doing
- Learn about Americans’ financial needs and priorities, and use these findings to help create marketing/PR content and inform business decision-making
- Assist with reporting of survey data on a variety of topics including consumers’ financial needs, attitudes, and decision-making
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support thought leadership and market intelligence initiatives
- Draft articles and presentations summarizing research results visually (using tables and graphs) and in writing
- Leverage secondary research sources to provide insights to support decision-making and content creation across various areas of the business
- Assist with publication of monthly company-wide insights newsletter, and additional initiatives to communicate research and insights across the company
- Work and collaborate as a valuable member of a team
What we’re looking for
- College sophomore
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the dates of June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
- Must have availability to work 15-20 hours/week part time flexible schedule during fall semester (post summer internship)
- Coursework in statistics, marketing or social science (e.g. psychology, economics, political science, etc.) preferred.
- Interested in market research / consumer research
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity
- Coursework or experience in qualitative or quantitative research is a plus, but not required
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
