Contract Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Contracts and Subcontracts
Purchase Orders
Process Change Orders
Maintain project logs
COI’s
CCIP / OCIP enrollment
Permits / Inspections Tracking
NTO’s / NOC’s
Candidate should have a minimum of (2) years experience in a professional setting, preferably in the construction industry, knowledge of general accounting procedures, proficient in data entry, skills in Microsoft Office. Must be detail oriented.
