Your Role:
- Lead the design and development of sophisticated electronic hardware, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive technical problem-solving and support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership.
- Expertise in PCB design, power systems, and high-speed digital interfaces.
- Familiarity with FPGAs, microcontrollers, and electronic packaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS/PhD a plus).
