- Moving maintenance parts storage area
- 2nd fiber feeder
- Roof repairs
- Fine tune Dover 2030 site plan (Phase 1-3)
- Prepare 2025 capital plan
OE/Lean
- Understands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
