Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in design and development of engineering projects under the supervision of senior engineers
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and presentations
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of prototypes, systems or processes
OE/Lean
Understands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
