This role is focused solely on working with existing and incoming clients – no cold calling, no prospecting, and no pressure on personal networks. With a growing pipeline of people reaching out for help, your primary responsibility is to guide them with care, clarity, and professionalism. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your journey, we will train and grow with you through our proven, in-depth training program called Peak University.

- Attain Series 65 and Life & Health licenses
- CFP® professional or actively pursuing CFP® certification
- Interest in obtaining the CKA® Credential
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to deliver personalized financial planning and service
- Participate in an in-depth training program to sharpen your skills and build technical knowledge
- Focus entirely on client service since administrative and operational responsibilities will be handled by our support teams
- Deliver planning recommendations and support clients through implementation
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to help them stay on track toward their financial goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor without the pressure of prospecting or cold outreach
