Provide targeted assistance for campers.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Knowledge and experience working with a variety of camper situations
- Possess a clean driving record
- Be flexible, innovative, and a good communicator
Essential Job Functions:
- Implement individual camper plans for campers who have requested additional resources, and to communicate and coordinate those plans with relevant staff
- Check on aforementioned campers multiple times throughout their stay to ensure needs are being met
- Work with the camper coordinator to support Unit Leaders and Unit Staff who have requested additional assistance serving their campers
- Assist with parent communication throughout the summer
- Help maintain ACA standards
