The Lounge Services Duty Manager oversees the full scope of premium lounge operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery, smooth daily performance, and efficient team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a larger team to achieve service excellence and operational consistency.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training needs.
Oversee operational workflows, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to service standards.
Act as the primary escalation point for guest experience, operational issues, and team matters.
Drive service improvements, implement new procedures, and support continuous development initiatives.
Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports to senior leadership.
Maintain and enforce high grooming and professional standards across the entire team.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including proven managerial experience in hospitality, customer service, luxury lounges, or similar environments.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High standards of personal presentation and grooming.
