Twenty-year-old publishing/advertising company expanding, seeks a Executive Assistant to the CEO with Marketing and Graphic Design skills. This full-time position can be independently worked from home.
We sell ads published in a printed program, twice per year, for fourteen locations (28 total publications yearly).
The Company supports senior bingo charities in Southern California, that are held at: Senior Centers, Community Centers, High Schools, Churches, and Elks Lodges.
In addition to sales administrative duties, creating artwork for ads using Illustrator is essential.
A good phone personality and friendliness is an important quality we seek in this role. Having a sense of urgency to get tasks completed, up-selling ad space purchases and willingness to sell is paramount.
This position is a direct report to the CEO, interacting and supporting our sales team with sales tools, and technical support is included in the job description. Having marketing background, report and excel formula capability can enhance the hiring of the final candidate.
Maintenance and upgrades to our website will be under this department. Creativity is a must and having good follow-up and communication skills with the CEO daily is essential.
This 30 hour per week job pays a guaranteed $2,000 per month, plus bonuses and commission opportunities to enhance one’s total earnings. This position starts out as a 1099 independent contractor, with a targeted goal based on the companies growth to expand to full time W2 salary and bonus senior management role.
Incentive plan opportunities can increase income. During year one a total income of $32,000 to $35,000 would be realistic if the company meets objectives, with an upside to make more, if the company out produces targeted goals. We have “no” cap on bonus and commission plans, if we sell more, you will make more.
